HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
We recommend that you store your Vescovi pieces in the box and soft pouch provided, to avoid scraping with other jewellery pieces. Be mindful to remove your jewellery before showering and swimming to ensure a longer lasting wear of your pieces.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place your order, choose your favourite products that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page and fill in your personal information and payment method. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
We accept all payments through Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay.
WAS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?
You should receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of placing the order. There might be some issue with the order if you don't receive an email confirmation. If this is the case, check your payment provider and confirm the payment processed then contact us via email at email@example.com
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All orders are dispatched within two business days from the date of the order.
We want you to have your pieces as soon as possible. As such, we use Express Shipping for all our Domestic and International Orders.
Express Shipping within Australia: 2-3 business days
Express Shipping Internationally: 4-6 business days
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has been shipped. This applies to all the shipping methods available.
Vescovi is a global brand that fulfils orders to most regions of the world. Delivery times will vary but rest assured you will be satisfied. Please note that all shipping days specified are in business days.
All jewellery is packed in a signature Vescovi Shipping Box with a jewellery box and pouch before being delivered to you. If for any unforeseen circumstances the jewellery is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.
Please note: we are unable to take responsibility for any circumstances beyond our control which may delay the delivery of your order. In the event this occurs, we apologise for the inconvenience.
Vescovi strives to provide the best customer experience possible. We offer a 1 year warranty with your order. We want to ensure you get what you pay for, as such if there are any issues with the hard ware of your earrings within the warranty time frame, this may be rectified. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with attached images detailing the problem.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All jewellery is thoroughly quality crafted and controlled for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. Should you receive an item which is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours via our email at email@example.com
For hygiene purposes their is strictly no returns on earrings. However, if the product is faulty please notify us immediately for a full exchange or refund.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
This has yet to happen but in the unlikely case, we will take full responsibility when it does. We will ship you the correct item at no additional cost.
